You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Why don't phone companies also allow trade-in of competitor phones? It makes perfect sense to steal away customers from your competition, so i just don't get it. Don't just limit it to one brand.

Ordered the 1t pro max in black on 11/13 for 12/10 pick up. Got notification earlier today that its ready. Went in and picked up with no problem. I used 2 diff number. The first one I was trying to trade a 6s plus but i was told by customer service to go instore as the bb online only gives me $50 trade in value and not the $210. Good thing they honored the $210 and applied it to a iphone 13 which was instock that day.


Now i just need to contact T mobile on twitter or fb to unlock both phones.

You can trade in other brands and models of phones. Just select from the drop down list when ordering to see the value. For example, you can trade a Samsung S21 for the iPhone 13 and pay the difference.

Bought an iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 Pro Max online, went to pickup, they said no issues with activating the mini but couldn't activate the Pro Max. Not sure how they even determined all that at the order pickup counter since I didn't even reach the mobile counter yet. They tell me they have to cancel the 13 Pro Max order and redo it in store. The rep tries to cancel the order by calling some phone number he had. The rep then hands me their phone and tells me I had to speak with the agent over the phone to give my details to cancel. The phone agent takes my info and then tells me they can't cancel the order. Frustrated and late to an appointment, I walk out with just the iPhone 13 mini. I can't place a new order at another store because now it says I've reached the order limit. I get home and find that the iPhone 13 mini box has been opened with the seals removed. They conveniently placed the mini in a paper bag so I wouldn't notice that it was already opened. I'm going back tomorrow to get resolution on both phones. Worst experience I've had at Worst Buy to date.

wish I didnt read this. spent last hour trying in different browsers after doing this. Think its a bad start with TMo with message delivery taking forever as I got one text with verification code not sure from what attempt, it didn't work!

You were able to trade-in 6 phones for how many accounts? I thought you were only allowed one phone trade-in per account

Sorry if this has been asked; but if I complete the trade in and then decide that I don't want/like the phone and return it, will I wind up w/ a BBY gift card for the trade in value, since the old phone is not getting returned?
