You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I just got $800 off by trading in my Iphone X 256Gb on Friday. They said something about it not being low-band compatible.

I got an iphone on my line.. and want to use the same line for another iphone for my family member. I heard that it wouldn't be any problem with multiple orders, but when I just tried, it says multiple orders found with the phone number and I should cancel my existing order first if I want to proceed? (although my previous order is no longer returnable after 14 days?) anyone has the same issue? Not sure if my previous order was stuck in some stage that the upgrade has not been fully activated or something? I did the activation before and even switched the SIM card.

I tried submitting unlock request thru t force…. They said device is not in system but he submitted the request . Will it be successful?

I never activate the phone through Best Buy but just used new sim and activated it calling t mobile.

Do I need to activate phone on BestBuy website?

I believe just has to be activated on their network. Had one tforce rep deny me saying they weren't activated until one week ago on T-mobile network so have to wait 40 days from that day. I tried again a couple of days later and a different rep put in the request for me.

Update: Opted for OTP via email and worked seamlessly. Also, the Wiki should help too.
