You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

That's fair. I had some GameStop credits to burn so I bought a iPhone 12 for $200 (after all credits were applied). Bought a iPhone 13 Pro. $725-$200 means I saved ~$525.

To add, the credits came from selling my PS4 and also redeeming Discover cashback bonus.

Trying to place a new device upgrade for my partner who has a single line account with Tmobile.

Keep getting this error from Best Buy.

"Best Buy: We couldn't verify your info, so we canceled order BBY01-XXXXXX. Visit http://bby.me/XXX to verify your account info."
I visited the link but it doesn't give me any option to verify.

Put the wrong trade in phone color. Would that change anything? I can't place another order because I get limit reached (already placed 3 orders)

EDIT: Also one of the colors shows OOS within 250 miles, but if I manually put a zip code it shows up as in-stock. Which do I believe?

Chatted with Bestbuy and they said to stop by a store and they can help me place an order at another store.

I did the same thing (because GameStop sent me the wrong color) and the store employee accepted it.

So i traded in my iphone 12 for $725 but when I did the monthly installment plan, it gave me $825 instead! Anyone else get this with tmobile?
