You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

You don't need the primary account holder but his/her last 4 digits of ssn. You upgrade your number and TMo will verify with account holder's ssn and a text to your number. The person with the billing address (not TMobile's but the card you're paying for this phone purchase) is the only person who can pickup the phone. That would be you if you use your card.

If you have the 64gb is a no brainer to jump for the 13 since it starts at 128gb. Just did the upgrade for my wife and she loved the idea of double storage.

I do have the 64GB, but I'm the kind of person to offload all my pictures to my computer ASAP so I don't struggle with storage much. Although, my wife does struggle with storage, maybe I'll at least upgrade hers. Other comments to sway me are welcome!
