You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Anyone tried going into the store today and purchasing this? I have been trying to get it to work online for a while, once I got lucky but the order was cancelled after a few days. I dont have a tmobile account so it would be a new account, but the BestBuy page shows that this phone is only available as an upgrade.

Anyone know a definite expiration date for this deal? Through searching the thread, I saw Dec. 31. Is that accurate? I didn't see any mention of it on Best Buy's website. They're out of the Starlight iPhone 13s in my area and wondering if I should wait for it to come back in stock or get a different color.

I am not on tmobile, but have a friend who shared his account - phone & last 4 ssn.

So when i 'add a line' on bestbuy deal :-
- do i need to have a tmob sim(postpaid/prepaid + number) with me which will be added to the primary group? (while placing order / after checkout)
- or when i go to pickup, they will give me new sim/number and activate it on the primary account in store

I have two tmobile lines that was in an unlimited data/text/phone family plan (Megenta plan) from a friend. I am paying $30 per month per line.
I hope to get my own plan with 2 lines with 2 iphone 11 trade in. What plan should I get? I wanted to keep the same phone number, is that possible? What will be the steps needed?

Is there a restocking fee if I don't pick up the device and trade in within the time period they allow?

It is saying Dec 17 delivery and I will be out of town until Dec 25.

Update:
-Signed up for T-mobile $20 unlimited talk/text plan on Wednesday
-Received SIM card today via UPS 2-day shipping, activated, and got my new number
-Immediately after activation, went through the BB online verification and order process, scheduled order pickup & trade-in for Monday (trading in 12 mini)
