You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I did the transaction in-store. my receipt shows my best buy ID number and stuff, but my online account does not show my in-store purchase. I know for sure in-store purchases also show up in online account as long as it is noted at the time of purchase. Does anyone know if it takes some time to be updated in my account or is this something I would need to reach out to best buy customer service to fix?

I tried ordering phone and setting up a new TMobile line using both the BestBuy app and the website on a computer and each time I enter the new TMobile account info and submit to complete the phone order, it errors out with the message "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now." I did a text chat with Best Buy who had me call T-Mobile and they couldn't figure it out. I then noticed that I could still log in to my old Sprint account from 2018 despite the fact that it has no lines on it.

Has anyone run into problems ordering and setting up a new TMobile account through the Best Buy order process?

Has anyone traded in a new Total Wireless iPhone 12 mini?

OMG I have the same issue - I called both BestBuy and T-Mobile but to no avail. I even tried going in-store. They told me that the exchange rate for my iPhone 12 mini as $430 instead of $630. Please let me know if you find a solution. Thank you - much appreciated.

i guess i will ask this for the 5th time here as it is sill un answered... Did anyone cancel the tmobile service immediately after the device unlock within a month? Or can i cancel the service after successfull device unlock within a month without any consequences from tmobile ?
