You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Question - I have an iPhone 12 Pro via an Apple iPhone Upgrade program. I've had it for about a year, so I'm eligible for an iPhone 13 upgrade if I want it.

The prices from the vendors seem to be much better (they weren't when I started a few years ago), so I'd like to exit the program. Is there a way to do this and get this discount? Whats the best path these days?

If I upgrade without adding a new line, and put the new Sim in the new phone, does this deactivate the Sim in my existing tmobile phone? Or do both Sims work in parallel (i.e. both phones would ring if called).

Need to unlock my new iphone 13 for lengthy international travel. Can't seem to get a hold of anyone on FB or Twitter's T Force team. They verified my account and then just silence. Any idea how long it takes them to respond?

Be patience, sometime it took them an hour to respond. You have the fb messenger app don't you? You don't have to sit there and staring at the screen the entire time...!
