You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Is the 12 mini trade in still working? I've been trying to place an online order as a new customer but keep getting this error "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now." At the phone setup step during checkout even after choosing the magenta plan. Anyone facing this issue? Any workaround..

I feel like people getting lazy and lazy. Just set it up and don't make it so obvious. You don't need apple ID to activate the phone. Only take like 5 mins to activate the phone!

Anyone else get an error online in T-Mobile setup phase with "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now."

Guess it's not fixed because regardless of when or how many times I try I face it again.

question for the tmobile experts: have a iphone 12 mini for which im getting credits through EIP. Can I trade in this phone in at Best buy for a iphone 13 mini and get the credits or does the credit cease as soon as I trade it in?
