You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Those who have been able to get your phones unlocked quickly — how did you do it? Did you just ask for an unlock or did you give them a reason why you needed it unlocked before the 40 days? And did you do it through Twitter or FB? I haven't been able to find T-Force on FB messenger.

So I cancelled my original order and started getting the Multiple Orders error like some people here.

I can just order using another person's number on our account, right? And still trade in my own phone (still on EIP with T-Mobile)...

Has anyone had issues with micro scratches and trade-ins? I'm going to trade in my old Iphone 6S Plus and the screen has quite a few micro scratches but no cracks or deep scratches.

Newbie here, If I wanted to keep my original postpaid plan with TM, should I select 1. Add a line or 2. Upgrade? to get this deal. Because I don't want to have an expensive plan and wanted to cancel once the phone is unlocked. Any suggestions?

I traded in two 12 Pro's at different stores. Both phones had a small, but slightly deep scratch (could feel it if you ran your fingernail over it).

Apparently it has to do with the screen being more shatter resistant, so they tend to scratch easier, rather than the screen potentially shattering, but more resistant to scratches (XS).

I would suggest you set your phone as Light Mode (vs dark mode) and set a lighter background so it's harder to see the scratches. My 12 Pro was on dark mode and the mini scratch was a little more noticeable.

Thanks for the input. I reset the phone so it'll be in light mode when they check the IMEI. Guess all I can do is try.

I have an order that is supposed to be available for pick up on December 10th, but a different Best Buy has them in stock now, so I was hoping to place a new order. I'm getting the "Please try again we had an issue, but it should be fixed now" message when I get to the Mobile Setup page. Is this a T-Mobile issue? Any work arounds?

Just chatted with Cricket online support and they said they will unlock it immediately as the phone was not bought on Cricket. Said it will take a week since it will go through a specialist. I asked for any webpage to point out the agent when I actually get the phone and try to unlock - he said not to worry, the current conversation is on the record and will be visible on my account when chatting with the next service agent. So looks like Cricket wireless will be immediate as well.
