You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Find a friend that has TM account and ask them if you can use to order it. Trade 12 mini back to BB for $430 in GC and get some profit out of it..!

Can get them for free at apple store. Only need one. Been able to unlock three different flex phones with one SIM card.
