You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Yes, the sole purpose for us here is to get the ST 12 mini to trade in without any problem. Don't tell them anything that not related to the trade. I traded in 2 ST phones already without any problem. I chose Verizon!

I have max plus line with BYOD phone. I should be able to upgrade the phone right? Can some one give me quick steps. My current BYOD phone (XS) gives me $430 based on wiki.
