You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

It's a long thread, but appreciate anybody can respond.
1) Currently I am 24 month bill credit for my S21 tradein on my line, is it possible to upgrade again with a differnt phone to get the double credit on same line, so receving 2 credits simultaneously?
2) If so, can I buy iphone 12 mini from walmart/straight talk(black) and use for this tradein deal?

First of all, this deal is not a bill credits deal. This deal is an upfront credit deal when you select to pay in full. You can choose monthly payment as well but since you have an ongoing bill credits this is not advised to do so. So use any other random line in your account which is upgrade eligible and get this offer under that line.

For No 2: Yes you can get a phone from Walmart and trade in and get $630 towards the new iPhone 13, 13 mini, Pro or pro max.

Steps 1&2 can be done at the same time. I split it for clarity.
1) Setup your Best Buy iPhone without any sim inserted
2) Insert new inactive AT&T sim as the first sim in the Best Buy iPhone

3) Your Best Buy iPhone should now be at the default home screen, locked to AT&T but with no service (inactive sim)
4) Go to the AT&T unlock page https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/
5) Tell them you are not a customer (this is why you want a new, inactive AT&T sim)
6) Put in your info
7) Confirm their email
8) Unlock approval email comes in 1 to 15 mins
9) Your Best Buy iPhone is now unlocked (a reboot may be needed)

Repeat for all your BB phones using the same AT&T sim.

If you have already inserted a different carrier's sim into the iPhone, you will have to unlock through the other carrier. AT&T sim must be the first sim inserted in order for this to work.

This may seem dumb or am not fully caught up yet on a thread this big, but how do I checkout at BestBuy? With a TMO - Add line/Upgrade/ New Account? Or Select ATT as carrier as they too are offering $200 savings and $430 Trade-in for a new line activation with *number transfer for which I assume the plan gets kicked-in only if I activate on the new sim and not a dummy inactive sim insert?

Assuming I do a new account for TMO, I couldn't get past mobile setup due to that darn issue no matter how many times I try to checkout… but if that gets fixed at the store, can a BB mobile rep ruin this by insisting on activating it? If so, some folks mentioned a text is sent which am not sure where it's sent.. but they likely used an alt device and that I suppose is them already getting a $20 talk/text sim and going the T-force route later to unlock.
