Even after trying the tips in the wiki, can't get past the "We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. Please try again later." error. Also tried in store and they're getting some type of error that stops them from processing the trade I'm doing.
I'm on a legacy T-Mobile One plan, does anyone know if the plan is the issue?

There was no line and they activated the phones.

There was no line and they activated the phones.
Also, some customers pay the $40 to have the Best Buy reps back up their phone and set the new one up. Who knows how many gigs have to be uploaded. I dislike when customers like this are not better prepared. Has happened to me at T-Mobile stores and also Costco stores. Some even have to charge their battery since it's so low.
I went to pick up my 13 mini this week, no line. Whole transaction took less than ten minutes
I went in with the 12 min turned on to the settings screen, he scanned my barcode on my T-Mobile app and went to find my 13 mini. He started the process, I had my license in hand, he started to process everything.
Kept calling his manager to help...
omg took 1.5 hours for 2 phones
