You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I went into the Best Buy store and their promo sheet that the salespeople use shows that this Trade-In promo is stackable with the BOGO $800 Off iPhone 13. The salesperson didn't know how or if it would actually stack. Anyone successfully stack these promos?

I had to work with one T-Mobile rep and put it into whitelist, and then it could be unlocked successfully.

just an fyi. my rep was a little confused with the trade in today because the extra $200 was not showing. It turns out she had to go all the the through with confirming the device and it would show the extra $200.

also the 12 mini trade in online went back up to 630 today. i canceled my order yesterday that was locked in at 600 and reordered today.

Were you you able to order again for same line? I also tried to cancel the last day 600 order and order again with 630. But it's giving me multiple order on same line error.

I went in today to trade-in my 3 iPhone 12 mini for 3 iPhone 13 mini that I had ordered for online pickup. One of them, the color didn't match. I told the rep that I must've selected the wrong color. He said that he could switch it on his system and still get the $630 credit.

Do they check the color? Yes. But hopefully the rep that you get can change the color selection in-store.
