You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

This BB deal doesn't involve the credit. It never be a problem with TM if you pay off your device early..!

Can we open a new T-Mobile account with $20 unlimited talk/text postpaid plan instead of $65 essentials plan? Will this upgrade/trade in work? T-Mobile store has $20 plan(we have to ask), so can we open new account in T-Mobile store and then go to Best Buy for upgrade/trade in?

My suggestion is to order the phone online and apply trade in value there. You pay the difference online and just need to bring the phone to store to finish the transaction (old phone in, new phone out). This way, you locked in the trade in value no need to worry about if fluctuates down..

Just choose Verizon and please don't go into BB and ask about it because you don't see it from the list. Many here have trade it in without any problem. I myself have done 5 up to this date.
