You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Happened to me recently, too. First I thought it was because I reached upgrade limit but I could then re-order a phone from another store. I think sometimes there are probably conflicting orders for the same item in stock.

it's strange because after I placed the order, It said not in stock at that stock

Then try it again. I wanted to order a white which was only available in one store nearby. That order got cancelled the next day and it never came back. I ended up with Midnight and Blue. Don't get too locked in with colors for this deal.

Thanks guys. Picked up my Iphone 13 pro with trade in 12 pro yesterday. Bestbuy mobile lady gave me tmobile sim card. I don't bother to put it in. It works for my mint mobile right away. Smilie
