You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

In my case since TM CS couldn't switch the accounts to match the SSN I had to go to a TM Store (make sure it is an actual TM store and not an authorized retailer) and verify (had to take my DL and SSN card). TM store folks can see all the details related to the account. From the store they called TM CS and finally was able to place the order through BB with no issue once I came home.

Of course. The iPhone 12/pro/pm are getting crazy trade in values.

I traded in a 12 pro for 13 pro, $107 with tax

Traded 3 iPhone 12 from the Mother's Day deal for the 13…each was $80-85 with tax.

You are also securing a higher trade in value for the future

Heck ya that's why I did. We also use the 2tb iCloud within the family to overcome future storage issues. I always stick with the base memory iPhones.

True , just that I would be trading with phone of less memory made me double think. Also do we loose apple care on current phone once you trade in.

Before I upgraded my 12 to 13 with this deal, I was planning on keeping the 12 for 2 more years. I asked myself if in two years, would the 13 be worth at least $80 more than the 12? ($80 was the difference I paid for the upgrade). The answer was yes so i upgraded.

So I traded my mini for iPhone 13 pro max and got it unlocked via at and t . I never activated t mobile sim and account they created. Now to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max , can I create new account or do I have to activate the 65$ plan they create when I traded in mini

You will lose the Applecare+ that is currently on the phone you have. You can contact Apple to get the Applecare+ refund - prorated if you paid the full amount. If you do your monthly payments on your Applecare+ then just simply cancel it.

Probably unpopular question, can you do monthly plan instead of paying outright?
Not planning to upgrade after this for at least 2 years. I want to do monthly payments to t-mobile so that I can take advantage of the 5% back on phone bills through my credit card.
