You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Reached out to Tforce on Twitter on Thursday morning to submit unlock requests for my last 2 minis.

Today, Saturday morning I did a quick check under Settings > General > About and "No SIM restrictions" showed up. 👍🏼

No reboot, no reset necessary as previously.

Glad it worked smoothly this time. Last time they messed the request up and it took more than 7 business days and 2 follow-ups to get it right.

OK. Thank you. I made the mistake when i ordered the phone I did not select the one-time payment option to pay-off the phone. when i went to pick the phone at store i requested them, they said they cannot make any changes and the phone config/color i wanted was sold out everywhere. Do you think i can call up the T-mobile and pay-off the balance and get it unlocked ?

I placed a order for the 13 with 12 mini trade in and it's ready for pickup. Question does the primary T Mobile account holder( my wife) need to be there with me at Best Buy to trade and pickup? It's my Best Buy account I placed the pickup on and I do have a line on the T Mobile account. The upgrade is with my phone line.

If you ordered from your bb account then the order is in your name and you can pickup. Your wife doesn't need to be there

Depends on the BB. Both required the primary's last 4 SSN for me. One BB required the primary account holder's ID.
Both weren't even for the primary holder's line.
