You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Is trade-in qualify for T-Mobile Prepaid plans? If not, if selected any qualified plan while trade in, can we cancel once the transaction completes at Best Buy and keep the phone? I am new to this process and I am sorry if this question was already answered. Thanks

Do you think they can change it once we order and are waiting for pick up..?

Like my receipt says 340 + 200 promotional credit.. so you're under the impression they could cancel/change that after the fact and are worried about that?

I mean.. I guess any company can cancel anything.. 😅 But is that really a concern, ya think?

I just received it and when I tried to create a login at tmobile site it requires a Tmobile phone number which I don't have so I am calling but wait time is so long… Please help!

You need to insert it into a unlocked phone you have to activate service
