You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Bestbuy.com:"Something's wrong. The phone number and last 4 of SSN combination you entered doesn't match carrier records. Please try again." Anyone ever encountered this when doing the upgrade? It is a newly activated T-mobile account.

Has anybody ordered the Pro max and wait for pick up by 12/17? Wondering if we can lock the deal that way even if the deal will be dead before 12/17? Really want a PM but not available around me.

Yea you can do that. They may get it earlier or they may even cancel as others have mentioned.

It's rare that they cancel but it happens

I would refresh several times per day to see if they got some in. Even better if you have multiple lines just in case you get an error about too many active orders

Call TM CS and ask them to check whether your SSN is attached to your TM acc. In my case Sales dept at TM created a temporary acc with my SSN. When I activated, Activation dept. has created a new account with no SSN. TM needs to fix this. Call them and see.

I just called, they said everything matches, they said to go to the store and ask the rep to call Tmobile if there is an issue lol
