T-Mobile is telling us that Best Buy is not currently able to complete the transaction on this account. Please contact T-Mobile for additional details.
Nearby stores are all out of stock so I need to place an order online.
1. which options do I need to choose? activate today -> I want a new phone number->trade in-> choose any plan ?
2. Do I need to cancel any Tmobile plan after canceling it?
Phone unlocked and back in box until I need it.
I'm assuming I need to migrate my 3rd line to the T-Mobile network (this is an old 3G flip phone) first before my plan be fully migrated to a T-Mobile plan from Sprint and take advantage of Best Buy's upgrade offer? I've asked T-Force on twitter but was unable to get a straight answer. Was told I'd need to contact their migration department via phone in order to migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile (both network and billing platforms). Does this all sound right or is there an easier way to go about this?
Checkout the link below and go to the FAQs:

NOTE: These deals are only available to Sprint customers who have not migrated to T-Mobile.
After migrating I opened a $20 Unlimited talk and text only plan where I'm going to take advantage of the Best Buy trade-in deal. Hopefully the deal doesn't expire before I receive my SIM card in the mail (I should've opened the line in store.)

For my other trade in that I paid for online and picked up in store, there was never a $10 SIM card charge, but they gave me a new SIM card anyway when I picked up. They claimed to have activated the new SIM card, but now it's 7 hours later and my old SIM card is still working, so I don't know what's up with the new SIM card they gave me.

The sale guy wasn't nice as yours. I told him I don't need that sim card but he refused. He did scan the new sim card during check out. After 2 mins, my old sim card was deactivated and I had to insert the new sim card to my phone.
