You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

yes better to do use T-Mobile, which is exactly what I was thinking of doing as they are right channel. Now I am stuck with iPhone pro max that is locked to ATT due to the different suggestions In this thread, made a bad call should have used the right channel tforce

This thread is more about trade in newer phones like iPhone 12 series. Only cost $70~75 if 12 mini trade up to 13 mini or 12 trade up to 13 etc.

Their magenta max plan is expensive and $200 extra / 24 months won't recoup the cost if you changing to magenta max. This deal is good because no new line, no bill credit, no Max plan. Just pay the different! Also you can unlock your device between 2 - 40 days depends on the rep that you get a hold of.

It is $120 with free Netflix. Employer is picking up the tab. Adding phone and bill credits might confuse them. They might refuse to refund phone bill. I can get the phone by paying difference, unlock and do byod with some deal to other carrier i guess. Thanks for the information.
