This thing absolutely SCREAMS using the lowliest of the 11th gen intel processors. Realistically 2C/4T is plenty for the web.

57,000 Octane. Note the magical m1 Macbook aire did something like 62,000k on that test. Coupled with the fast processor, the 8GB of RAM will not let you down.

GOOD GOD

BUY AN open BOX for $300 to $326 if available.

Nothing to F-up on a chromebook. Powerwash for laughs if you don't trust it.

...And since it's USB-C charging - who cares if the charger is missing for an open box.

This is a great Chromebook, I owned one and regret selling it. Screen brightness is so-so, but everything else about this is fantastic!

Specs looks great. Looking for kids studies. I think 15.6" is too large and 4.1lbs is on heavier side for kids. But for the specs and power, it's alright. I may have to pass. Nice price for those okay with the size and weight.

Especially the price. Why one would need such an overpowered... chromebook?!

I do browse the web by many different computers on Windows 10&7, Linux and 2 Chromebooks. I don't feel any difference in browsing.

According to you it shouldn't matter because it's well overpowered for the web anyway!

Seems like this should be a great computer for the price. Don't need an i7 for running web pages. Planning on using this for college. I've been wanting an XPS 15 but I haven't seen any deals. I think this is gonna be perfect for my real needs while being very cheap.

That's just because of the power saving scheme of win10 when on battery. You can change it to be the same as when it's plugged in it will just use more battery
