FYI, in the US at least, there are two Pixel 6 models; one with and one without mmWave.
The Pixel 6 from T-Mobile (or sold from Google as unlocked) does NOT have mmWave.
The Pixel 6 from Verizon (or from Google for Verizon) has mmWave, as well as the Pixel 6 from AT&T.
All Pixel 6 Pro have mmWave.

Click here for a link to Tmobile's Discussion of Device Damage [t-mobile.com]. This page generally discusses device troubleshooting/checking the condition of a device. It goes beyond trade-ins but a keyword search of the page will show trade-in specific information.
When does this deal end? Tmobile does not have a specific end date listed. However, This is a "pre-order" deal. Deal is likely valid until good until the phone is released on October 28th. Another deal will likely follow. Details unknown.
Can I trade in more than one phone? See Tmobile's Trade-in Page [t-mobile.com]. It says, "You can trade in one device per active line per month at the time you upgrade or activate a new line of service."

The phone I'm trading in is currently getting monthly credits from a prior deal. Will they disappear if I take advantage of this deal? Click here for Tmobile's webpage on promotional credits. [t-mobile.com]
For all the people commenting "Site says I'm only getting $xx.xx off for my trade in", that is correct because that is the upfront value you will receive. The remaining $300, $450, or $900 will be reflected over the next 2 years as monthly bill credits. [Thanks CabbagesStrikeBack]

Looks like they are giving a $500 credit. In the website, they are also allowing to do a trade in as well
So can we get a $500 credit and the trade in value as well as credit?

If you pay off your EIP early, you'll continue to receive the promised Recurring Device Credits (RDC) as an account-level credit through the remaining months of the promotional credit period (up to 24 or 36 months).
"A quote of $0 was accepted for your Google G011A Pixel 2 64 GB Black - Generic with serial number ..."
is that mean I will be receiving all 300 credit in bill credit and instant credit?
If you cancel the line that the credits are assigned to before the 24 months end, you will have to pay the balance of the phone immediately.
Math sample:
a) Price of P6 = $600
b) Price of P6 monthly = 600/24 = $25
c) Credit of P2 Trade = $300
d) Credit of P2 Trade towards bill Monthly = 300/24 = $12.50
e) Net cost of P6 on EIP after credits = 600-300 = 300
f) Net cost of P6 on EIP after bill credits per month = $25-$12.50 = $12.50

But the Line that the credits go to must be kept open for full 24 months else you lose the credits & accelerate the outstanding credit balance forward (i.e. you 're-pay' the remaining credits)
Google will update the phones.
The phone is SIM LOCKED to TMO until you fulfill your contract: payoff any balance of the phone AND keep the line open for full 24 months.
"As of right now the OnePlus 7 Pro is actually not an eligible trade in for the Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro offer and the "One Plus 7 Pro 5G" is a separate kind of device then the default 7 Pro. This is something we've submitted to our offline teams to look at to see if we can get an understanding as to why it is not included but we haven't gotten any more specifics back. As of right now the One Plus 7 Pro looks to have an estimated trade in value of $40."
