Costco T-Mobile generally gives back tradein value back in visa/master gift card after a month or two. So it is easy for people who want pay upfront rather than waiting for credits over 2 years.
Get the Google Pixel 6 FREE or up to $900 off the Google Pixel 6 Pro via 24 monthly bill credits when you're on a Magenta® MAX plan and trade in an eligible device.

Only 128gb available unfortunately. 256gb is minimum for me now, so many photos of the kids that the storage fills up quickly.
128 gb should be more than enough. You got the cloud service if you go with pixel. they store your videos and photos as backup

I am planning to switch from att

Looks like they are giving a $500 credit. In the website, they are also allowing to do a trade in as well

So can we get a $500 credit and the trade in value as well as credit?

The agent told me 900.
Did you get that in writing? I'd save that message if I were you. Twitter TForce member told me OP7Pro is only worth $40. No additional credit is given. Only the McLaren 5G version is worth $599.99.

Speaking from experience...You're prolly gonna get screwed even if that's in writing. Once you return the device whatever promos and trade in associated with that original item are likely to get removed because the system no longer sees your as eligible. It's not like going into a clothing store and asking to swap sizes. TMo can't re attach trade in for sure and the promo needs to be during the promo period. You will need to keep an eagle eye on things and spend a lot of time following up even if you have this documented.
The credit does move to account level as per their policy. However, be prepare to call them then you don't see that happen.

If you pay off your EIP early, you'll continue to receive the promised Recurring Device Credits (RDC) as an account-level credit through the remaining months of the promotional credit period (up to 24 or 36 months).

Pixel 5 was the last Google phone to offer unlimited photo/video storage. Starting in June 1, 2021 any photo/video upload via Photos will count towards your storage quota.

My op7 pro has a small corner crack near the camera but the front screen is fine. Anyone know if this may qualify?

I traded Pixel 2 and received this text message:

"A quote of $0 was accepted for your Google G011A Pixel 2 64 GB Black - Generic with serial number ..."

is that mean I will be receiving all 300 credit in bill credit and instant credit?
You will get $300 credit for your Pixel 2 trade-in spread over the next 24 months as a $12.50/ credit each month in your bill.
If you cancel the line that the credits are assigned to before the 24 months end, you will have to pay the balance of the phone immediately.

Math sample:
a) Price of P6 = $600
b) Price of P6 monthly = 600/24 = $25
c) Credit of P2 Trade = $300
d) Credit of P2 Trade towards bill Monthly = 300/24 = $12.50
e) Net cost of P6 on EIP after credits = 600-300 = 300
f) Net cost of P6 on EIP after bill credits per month = $25-$12.50 = $12.50

if a buy a Pixel 6 with an s9 trade-in for effectively $150+taxes, can I pay it off early and unlock the pixel?
Yes you can payoff early & unlock.
But the Line that the credits go to must be kept open for full 24 months else you lose the credits & accelerate the outstanding credit balance forward (i.e. you 're-pay' the remaining credits)

I have a similar question. Will this phone come unlocked and will this phone come with Tmobile BULLSHIT software. My Oneplus 7T is updated by Tmobile (usually about 3 months after the updates are given by OnePlus), will google or Tmobile update the this phone?
Pixels never have bloatware.
Google will update the phones.
The phone is SIM LOCKED to TMO until you fulfill your contract: payoff any balance of the phone AND keep the line open for full 24 months.

Got reply back from TForce, here's what they said about Oneplus 7 Pro (non 5G). Not a good trade-in..too bad.

"As of right now the OnePlus 7 Pro is actually not an eligible trade in for the Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro offer and the "One Plus 7 Pro 5G" is a separate kind of device then the default 7 Pro. This is something we've submitted to our offline teams to look at to see if we can get an understanding as to why it is not included but we haven't gotten any more specifics back. As of right now the One Plus 7 Pro looks to have an estimated trade in value of $40."
Seems like they can't come to a consensus. Some others here and reddit have asked TForce and they told them the OnePlus 7 Pro non 5G is eligible for $450, some have been told its not. I asked live chat on tmobiles website and my rep said it is covered. Looks like we just have to wait for some people who attempted to trade theirs in to report.

I just picked up an iphone 6 on craigslist for 50 bucks. My account is eligible for trade in and they gave it a value of 600 credit... seems silly

Your OP7 pro if non 5G McLaren version is only worth $40 trade-in. Not worth the hassle IMO.. Buy a S9 on Swappa or eBay for ~$150, it worth $900 trade-in if you're on Magenta Max.

Anyone successfully add a line BYOD to get the Costco $300 bonus and then immediately do this trade-in deal to also get $450 off? Rep at the local costco said that you have to wait 30 days to make upgrade changes. Wondering if she's wrong?

weird, when I signed up, it said I will be getting x-amount in credit. When I look at the plan, the monthly bill is the full amount with no mentioning of monthly credit. Is that normal?

Are there any requirements to return accessories with your trade-in? I see no mention of them in any of T-Mobile's FAQs or documents. I'd prefer to keep my Pixel 4XL charger and cord, naturally. Smilie
