Will the psu be enough to power a 3900x and a 3090?

Unless you're heavily overclocking you'll be fine

Wondering if it's worth just buying this now or waiting till black friday for a better deal.
I'm open to buying this case or the XL, but the fact that they bundle in a 750W PSU makes it very tempting; I also haven't paid attention to the LianLi O11 case prices as much as I should, it seems that the O11 mini goes for around $100-110 (right now) without the PSU, so seems like a good deal when the PSU is bundled in, also don't really see O11 cases go on sale that often.

I plan on building around the AMD 5900x, don't know about GPU yet as I don't really game, and plan to get a AIO with 360mm radiator/pump. That being said, the only thing I don't like about the O11 mini is that it seems that the 360mm radiator/pump has to be placed at the bottom if I get an ATX board, any past experience or recommendations?

I suggest you use pcpartpicker and play around the configurations. You can also look at other builds with this case to get inspirations

This looks like a great deal, the SFX 750W PSU is $130 by itself (not sure of common "sale" price though). Unfortunately Lian Li doesn't include the nice braided cables in this combo that you get if buying the SP750 by itself. Also, it looks like custom cables are also hard to come by unlike the gold standard Corsair SF750 for powerful mITX builds (which costs more than this whole bundle). These cables are probably fine for a build in this particular case given plenty of room, but become much more important/limiting in a compact mITX build so keep that in mind. I have been seeing some great deals lately on stuff like cases, RAM, nVME, etc... I think that the industry is feeling the lack of demand due to the GPU shortage... sucks, but if you pick some parts now, and assuming the GPU shortage ends someday, you can have some nice parts for a good deal.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Amazing price, the only caveat is that you are paying SFF premium/sacrifices for a relative bulky setup. On the flipside you can argue you manage to fill ATX in compact body, so depends on your perspective. The O11D series' aesthetic is another big selling point, if you dig how it looks, that's pretty much the only choice out there.

Alternatively like SAMA IM01 will take mATX boards (which are typically cheap) and ATX PSU (which are also cheaper, more options and more robust) while staying smaller. The case isn't as premium as the Lian Li but no slouch either.

I was tempted by this at $200, but wound up biting on an nr200p deal at $65, getting a slightly pricier itx mobo, and then 3d printing an atx bracket from thingiverse. I enjoy the nr200p; however, I feel it lends itself to either open loop watercooled PCs or slightly less power hungry components. I opted for 5600x and rtx3070 (with no plans to upgrade for a while). It wound up being pretty packed in the end, so cable management was difficult, and I was limited to only one exhaust fan on the top. Here's the build with the side panel off: http://imgur.com/gallery/mpuluNM edit: forgot to say-- in retrospect, it may have been better to get the lian li for ease of build, but it does take up a bit more desk space fyi.. ps. this power supply is on tier 1 of Linus tech tips ranked list

This is the best case I have ever worked with. I have the snow white edition and absolutely love it!
