First, I'm sorry you felt mislead, but the one connect box is shown in the pictures of the product page along with the one connect wire and explanation of what it is. Sorry you missed that.

But to correct something you stated. The white border is the matting look which can be added to any picture you want. You can even change the color of that matting/border. From what I've seen you can create your own pictures by putting multiple family photos on it and having a matting all around them. I don't have the TV yet, but about 30 minutes of research gave me all the info I needed to make an informed purchase. The only thing I don't know is in-person performance and I have to wait for that…

Hard to find. Honestly you will be better off placing a Smurf tube or conduit behind the wall, the. Code won't be an issue. And you can run other cables later on if desired

You can try installing an in wall box right behind it. I bought the below to do it. Haven't tried yet but did confirm the one connect box for a 65 does fit in it.

Ordered last round when the price is about $150 to $250 higher. TV delivered and installed about 3 weeks ago. Samsung refused to do a price match since it has been over the 15 days return period.

Same situation for me, except I ordered mine 13 days ago. Just chatted with rep and he agreed to refund the difference.

Worth a shot if you bought your Frame during the last promotion.
