IMO, if you're willing to change providers, this is the best deal on a new pixel 6. You get the 200 as a gift card unlike the google fi deal which offers 200 via bill credits. Only need to stay with visible for 3 months to get both the 200 gc and pixel buds. Also to sweeten the deal use a referral to sign up and both persons get 20 off their next bill. In addition there is a 25 Amazon gift card offer to the referrer.

Too much hassle to get a new phone! WFH anyway, who cares if you have a new phone or not. I don't even need a strong battery. Better wait till WFH is over. Also I believe Google FI will come up with a better offer around Christmas. This deal is for the guys who are super bored and have nothing else to do.

I think I'll leave Verizon for Google Fi (non-5G in Richmond VA), get the $200/line credit and buds, then move to Visible for the $200 credit (and get my 5G Verizon back)

Bringing your own device to visible will only get you 50 credit not 200.

does anyone have an idea of when they may have the $100 byod deal back? xfinity lied to me and need to cancel in a few dats where I don't pay them more money. I may temporarily just go to ultra mobile to get paygo.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say soon as they lost a lot of customers due to the hack - however normally my educated guess would be by Black Friday

I don't know about the others but I'm having great experience with Visible for the last 12 months. I never have any carrier issues in Houston, Texas.

Take note, however, that not all Visible devices will work or have full functionality with other carriers since each carrier uses different technologies on their networks.

I bought the unlocked iPhone 12 Pro from visible and switched carriers, always running into network issues. Had to finally switch the connection to 4G after multiple calls with TMobile customer care. Not sure if this is something specific to my case. Also not sure if Apple can fix this for free as it is under an year

I would say your example is an outlier. Every iPhone since the XS/Max/XR is identical hardware-wise, regardless of where you buy it. The only difference is whether it is SIM-locked to a carrier initially.

From experience, I can say that T-Mobile's Sub-6 5G network can work great one moment, then terrible the next, in the same spot. As you noticed, switching 5G off and staying on LTE often gives much more consistent results. And this is with iPhones from T-Mobile or Apple directly.
