Tried to price match with Walmart chat. Escalated to a manager. Even though walmart.com has it in stock and it says "Sold and shipped by Walmart.com" (after clicking on Compare all sellers), both reps gave some rigamarole about how that inventory was actually being held in reserve for a third-party seller and so doesn't belong to them so they cannot price match.

Popping noises and range issues are normally caused by static build up. Make sure everything you have connected is on a single circuit (ie. one power strip). If you have the TV plugged into one outlet and other devices like consoles, video players, your sound bar, etc. connected to a separate outlet, it'll make those crackly noises. You can check by unplugging the sound bar power, waiting a bit, and plugging it back in.

If that solves your problem even temporarily, then you've found the cause that's good. Otherwise you may just have a defective unit. My non-LG soundbar did the same thing until I read about the static thing 🤷

Not the issue, remember the wireless rear speakers are plugged in totally away from the source because they are behind the sofa. Its the wiireless signal between the woofer / soundbar / and rear speakers that has the drop out and connection issues

Look I own an LG sound bar and it took some time to get it to work well had to mess with he subwoofer settings and placement to get the reverb out of the system. I was lucky that I was able to correct it on my own but others got even worse unit's. Like I said worth it for anything under $400-$500 anything more buy something else.

Received mine today. It was good for $650. Not mind blowing. Still need to tweak it though. I chose this because I have big room with high ceiling. Sound is rich but can't feel atmos effects. Hopefully I will tune it further to my liking in next few days. Had difficulty setting up initially with android phone, but worked with iPad. Also couldn't put in front of tv as it's little tall and 65 c1 is very low

I am getting ready to cancel mine, but I need to do it ASAP before it ships. I found a used Vizio 46" 5.1.4 for $300 in town, with the huge sub. Gonna give that a shot. Hopefully you are awake early on Sunday. But honestly not sure they are restocking anyway.

Well, shoot. Won't let me cancel. I see now they've charged my Amazon Store Card as well. If anybody is near Southern Indiana area, hit me up.

Update...tried to cancel on chat...Juviera offered $50 promotional credit, when I asked if he could override and cancel the order. I didn't ask for the credit, it is what it is. But I didn't turn it down! So if you are on the fence, and you've been charged and it hasn't shipped...see if you can get $50!

Seen on multiple forums that this is a known issue. Spent far too long on the phone with 3 people in their support line to no avail. Flipped and tested practically every switch in their entire ui in an attempt to fix it, no such luck. If the soundbar allowed me to disable auto-switching I would be perfectly set up, but their settings menu is surprisingly limited (not to mention poorly translated).

Thats what I saw, too...but, I tried to cancel this (found a used Vizio 5.1.4 for a great price) and still am trying to cancel. Hasn't shipped yet. Have email confirmation from Amazon that this IS in fact returnable, just like any other "sold by shipped by" Amazon item. Now, did they say this because I tried to cancel, they couldnt' and they are just trying to "make it right"? I don't know. But I suggest anyone that has purchased this, that would like to have that option of rerutning, to just chat and see if they will. Like I said, I got $50 promotional credit just because "it is too late to cancel"...I certainly didnt expect THAT, but I took it.
The "not returnable" thing just seemed weird from the start. I have never seen an Amazon "sold by shipped by" item list as "non returnable".

when you ordered it you should've gotten a selection of date/time of delivery..

i chose mine as 10/25 6am-9am and it was delivered today at 8am Smilie it's perfect from me.. i have the sk10y (no spk8) but my woofer died so i was in the hunt for a new atmos bar.. i am so thankful for this deal because it saved me from getting the samsung bar

i was gonna get the $349 black friday deal vizio m bar but this by far blows it out of the water speially with room correction

so glad to have it and gotten in on this amazing deal

edit: btw yes amazon completely removed the listing/item alltogether. it usually happens when a hot deal happens and they receive far more orders than supply.. also i'm honestly wondering if this is a pricing error. i've seen them remove listings due to pricing errors before but honor the actual order (ie: a $1400 Fuji Camera Lens sold for $300) Smilie so yes i've seen crazy stuff happens and this deal feels like one of those "holy crap can't believe it!" type deals

I'm replacing my sky9y with this so I'm excited for that. Also, my order just shipped so all my worries are gone.
