Set up PayPal so you can pay with QR codes. Link your Chase freedom flex as the payment method.

CVS is one of the few places that take PayPal QR codes as payment. It's been recommended to use self checkout, if possible. Once you add the gift card, DO NOT click any payment method on the self checkout terminal. Instead, scan your PayPal QR code like you are buying something. Then it will allow you to checkout and pay with PayPal.

If it does indeed stack with the 2% back at drug stores as the other thread suggests, that's 11% back on up to $1500.

in your account log in and click on the number of points to the right of the main page. This will take you to the main rewards page that has all the points breakdown, pending points and everything else related to it.

I received the 4% on the top spending category on my Feb statement. You may want to wait for your Feb to see it.

I used exclusively PP to check out and it doesn't seem like I got 4% extra at all. I think it also evaluated where I made the PP transaction. What did people get for their bonus amount?

It was before points were posted. now you can just check your rewards activity. once you get to the rewards page on their website, click the "Reward activities" from the left side menu, then you will see "Top Spend Category Bonus Q4 2021" listed under the "Your earnings breakdown so far this year" section.
