For this SKU, the RTX 3070 Laptop has a TGP of 140W, which is on the high side of the spectrum; for comparison, other RTX 3070 Laptops have can have a TGP as low as 85W.

(It sounds like Lenovo may be shipping these with Windows 11 factory installed now, which is Part Number 82JQ00F9US.

Also, this specific model from Walmart is often mentioned as having "bad" RAM. It isn't bad, per se, but rather the fact that the timing can vary based on the exact RAM installed.
A second NVMe storage bay is available, and a 2TB NVMe works fine in either.

For those comparing this laptop to others with faster processors, etc., keep in mind that a 5800 will run a lot faster than a throttled 5900 in a thin or poorly-cooled laptop.
The RAM in this Walmart laptop is the slow tRFC timings. You'll want to upgrade to new RAM if you want the best gaming performance.
Yes, the RAM and storage are not soldered, and so you can replace them no problem.

My order is probably going to get cancelled but let's see. I'll post updates if anything materializes
anyone there got there order delayed, but still shipped and adjusted price?
So far only someone who's order got
delayed->refunded-> then suddenly delivered->charged was not adjusted to 1399
Got the last one in Asheville, NC and im damn glad I got it. Ended up getting Samsung VRAM on the 3070 so it hashes at 67 MH/s at +1800 on the memory. Good for about $5 a day, plan on mining the next 5-6 months at least. The extended warranty option for 2 years + accidental damage is only like $70 or something so its a no brainer.
The 3070 with that memory OC (plus core clock offset of +150) scored just a hair below a desktop 3060 Ti in firestike and Timespy. Kind of insane. Scored better than the 200 watt RTX 2080 in my old Asus ROG laptop that required 2 AC adapters! I even got 5% off using my Chase Freedom card. To put this in perspective, the median Timespy score for RTX 3080 mobile chips is 11129 , I got 11300 with that insane memory OC. So its performing about as well as most mobile 3080 chips. the 140 watt 3070 is an incredible performer with Samsung VRAM.
Probably the best price to performance laptop ive ever bought. The GPU and CPU scored better than a $4000 laptop from August 2019. (200 watt i9-9980HK + 200 watt RTX 2080)
Kind of crazy but this thing actually has the balls to push 2560x1600 native res at ultra settings. For $1400 you would not expect a desktop replacement type laptop but you absolutely could replace a desktop with this thing and run everything on high/ultra with RTX on at 1440p. Going to upgrade the RAM and see where that puts my Firestike and Timespy scores, they are already pretty great.

However Delivery date showing as Nov 19.
UPDATE: Others have stated that the built in webcam will NOT work for Windows Hello. Bummer.

On the ram part, mine is really weird. I have numbers mixed between the supposed bad ram, and supposed good ram. haven't opened it up yet to confirm which ram it is, but it is weird. I will attach my ram findings test. This comes with the 80 watt battery so I believe bigger battery so I don't think you can use regular ssd like the 60 watt version due to battery size, and have to use m.2 ssd. I could be wrong though? Also so far, I have had zero wifi issues. I updated to windows 11 immediately and updated all windows updates and drivers immediately on opening the box and firing it up though. Maybe that helped? I dunno. Regardless, wifi is strong even in my back yard, and my wifi router is in the basement, so again, no issues so far.
