I think the pro also has a higher TDP 3070 (like 140w instead of 130w), and one more heat pipe for presumably better cooling.

For those comparing this laptop to others with faster processors, etc., keep in mind that a 5800 will run a lot faster than a throttled 5900 in a thin or poorly-cooled laptop.

The RAM in this Walmart laptop is the slow tRFC timings. You'll want to upgrade to new RAM if you want the best gaming performance.

Yes, the RAM and storage are not soldered, and so you can replace them no problem.

I ordered this exact computer for same price 2 weeks ago from Walmart and it still hasn't shipped. Meanwhile my card was charged immediately.

Ummm. I ordered on Tuesday and it's literally getting delivered today… less than two days. I paid full price and no adjustment yet, though. No way I keep it for $1900.

And it's in stock right now.

If you paid $1900 you bought from 3rd party retailer on Walmart and there will be NO price reduction.

Jarrod tech showed a good performance increase when switching them out and since Lenovo doesn't do xmp profiles on bios you have to get specific rams. Combine that with upgrading the ssd, and the network card, kinda defeats the price

I'm considering just canceling it because inevitably good deals will come between now and BF.

You can get a list of nearby stores on Walmart's site (might need to use incognito/private mode so it doesn't auto detect your location) and then enter their zip codes into brickseek to see if that gives different results.
