Looking at it now, looks like the Amazon deal already expired. Target deal is still live and even better if you have that 25% Circle offer to use.
In Dec 2019, Tom Vasel on Dice Tower said "if I considered this a 2019 game, this would be my favorite game of the year" (to be released in English in 2020), and that says a lot.
