The price for the Mini 2 here is probably the lowest on SD for the Fly More Combo
It is far superior to the Mini 1, due its better lens, stability and occusync
Neither of these drones (or the Air series) are Litchi compatible.
The speculation of a Mini 3 are unfounded. Earlier this month, DJI preluded their releases with a preview of each:
Ronin 4D (October 20)
Action 2 (releasing tomorrow)
Mavic 3 (November 5th)
If there is another drone to be released, many on forums and UAV sites point to either another Air or (my bet is on) a new DJI FPV
In my opinion, this is a great "throwaway" drone. Meaning, it is a very capable drone as of now, but the Air 2 and Air 2S offer better specs. This is important, as you'll probably see the Air series drop to $450-$500 by the Holidays since the Mavic 3 will get all the attention and peoples money.
If you're just starting out with a drone, this is not one that I suggest. Although it is cheaper, the Air 2 and 2S have much needed obstacle avoidance sensors that'll help keep your investment intact. With that said, with whatever drone you buy, get insurance. Either through DJI or through an insurance provider (ie - State Farm).
