One of these bits broke and left a big gash on my finger last weekend, luckily it didn't go through the bone. These are trash.

That's literally how that works for all brands when it comes to kits. Diablo, a well loved high end brand, does this with blades all the time.

Will these impact and drill bits work with any drill? Or specifically with a Ryobi drill? I have a black and decker and could use these extra bits…

Seriously, you could use a ryobi driver bit on a nylon screw, and damage the ryobi bit.

Actually these are pretty good for a few things... i have the big, folding box of ryobi bits, just to use as a prank on friends. If they walk away from their drill/driver, I swap out their bit for a ryobi real quick, and it's a gas!!

Another great use... get these to give to any neighbors that normally don't return your tools you let them borrow. They will never ask to borrow a tool, ever again after that.

I was SOOO disappointed in that fold-out, "2 zillion piece" set, the same you referred to.

Every piece is as soft as lead ..... sad that anyone would use such poor quality metal, it's just Waste.

I've had many bits break on me over the years and not once has one ever gone through my finger. If you have to exert that much force on the drill, the bit isn't up to job.

These are generic and should work with any standard drill/driver. I don't have experience with this specific set but in my limited experience, budget sets like this one are sufficient for a homeowner for repairs around the house and light work.

They are universal drill bits. You can use them on any of the power drill. They are good to have for small projects around the house.

Just in case you're not joking, all bits are interchangeable. What you can't do is pop a ryobi battery pack into your black and decker drill
