Those drill bits won't work with the impact driver. In general you don't use drill bits with an impact driver. You can get hex shank drill bits that will work with an impact driver (although make sure that they are impact rated, otherwise the impact driver could break them) but usually you would just use the drill to drill. And the impact driver to drive screws and bolts.

Not sold out in my area. Good deal, just don't need anymore batteries. Considered getting it anyway to get the router or the 7 1/4 circular, but don't really need them.
I have the smaller circular saw and ideally want the 7 1/4 saw but I have a table saw, Radial arm saw and compound miter saw that do most of my cutting... I want another router... I might do the hack but the router, batteries and chargers are not a bad deal. I just already have an 8ah and several 5ah and I rarely get down to using the ones less than 4ah. I run the fan on the 8ah... it will run two days solid on 1/2 power which is plenty of air.

You don't want that hammer drill, a large portion are defective right out of the box. Look up reviews if you don't believe me.
Not accurate as far as I can tell. I saw the same in the last thread and the Amazon reviews, but even then only 2% of bad reviews on Amazon among thousands, and this is the hammer drill tons of contractors are using day in and day out without issues. I think it's not as common as the top rated amazon reviews make it seem

If "a large portion are defective right out of the box" how can the reviews be anywhere close to good??

I read about the defect after ordering. Tool arrived, had the same defect. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It wasn't for me. I ordered the angle grinder for in store pickup and the batteries to be shipped. Immediately after placing the order I canceled the batteries. I got the pickup ready email 30 or 45 minutes later and then picked up the angle grinder shortly after that. I was only charged $99.50 for it.

Question, I can't find a clear answer on this.. I have a 60-Volt Max Craftsman Lawnmower. DeWalt owns them, and uses the MAX line, but sometimes are slightly different (plastic tab).
Can I use the DeWalt Flexvolt 60/20 with my Craftsman 60V MAX mower? Shit, or is is v60?

So I picked up 2 deals sets in store, and had one shipped to me. The one that shipped to me had the low-profile 4 ah battery. The ones I picked up in store were the large profile.
So I just to follow up on this, I had the same experience. I picked up one set in store and looked at another store, but in store everything came in a box and had the larger 4ah battery.

I ordered one set to be shipped and it just arrived today. That one came in clear plastic instead of a box and that one has the compact 4ah battery.

So it looks like if you want the compact 4ah battery then ordering online to be shipped is your best bet. Or going into a store to see if you can find the clear plastic packaging instead of the boxes. But around here it seems like the stores just have the boxes with the big batteries. They both have the same model number and UPC code, so I don't think there's any way to tell without going and looking.

Below are pictures of the two packaging types.

Lowes run the same deal w two 5ah batteries and free tool. Yesterday I picked up two 5ah batteries (w charger & bag) and a jigsaw for $193.88 using 10% military discount (in store). Unable military discount on home depot deal. Not sure if deal is "hackable" like home depot. Good deal if you prefer the 5ah battery. If add on item is out of stock, change stores to find available inventory.

Another datapoint here for seeing only the large 4ah in store, in boxed packaging. I would try online if the large 4ah is a dealbreaker. FWIW, last year they had a nearly identical promo, and all my online orders back then shipped as the compact 4ah + regular 6ah in clamshell packaging.

Is anyone else unable to add the battery starter kit to cart for ship to home? It tells me that ship to home is not available for this item. Perhaps they have changed it to stop people from hacking this deal?

That's a pretty good price on the blower. Just ordered one with this deal to hack. Now if only I could find a deal on the Dewalt jobsite fan next. Thanks OP.
