FYI this deal is hackable. If you don't need either the tool or battery kit you can select in store pickup for the one you want and ship to home for the one you don't.

After you place the order you can cancel the ship to home through the home depot website and you get your tool for whatever price it shows.

The router comes out to $99.50 if you hack it

I was able to "ship to home" the batteries just now with zipcode 46320 however after picking my discounted tool in-store, I logged into homedepot.com and could not cancel the shipment of the batteries. It says, "The cancellation window for this item has closed." I guess I'm returning the batteries after they ship next week. Bummer.

Looks like no longer available for ship to home. However I split my order up over two stores. Picked up tool and seems like hd cancels orders if not picked up in 7 days. So possibly still hackable that way

The second set of batteries that were shipped to my home included the regular, not the compact 4Ah battery. In case you are considering to have the batteries shipped to you in hopes of getting the compact, it looks like they are sending the regular size ones now.

This is different and better than the one that's been going on for weeks. In that one you bought the 4 and 6Ah batteries for $199 and got one free tool. This one appears to be a tool + the 4 and 6Ah batteries for $199 plus an additional free tool. So you get an additional tool for the same price with this deal. That said, the original link for the sander + batteries looks like it's out of stock locally and to be shipped.

Edited to add, as the OP said, it looks like this is a pre-black friday posting and the deal is not live yet, which is why it's showing that it's not in stock.

I posted the links for all the tools a couple of posts down.
