Seems like a decent price for the bits, if you need all those sizes. Certainly cheaper than purchasing packs of bits individually. If you watch Home Depot for specials over the holidays you'll probably be able to find a more cost effective option if you just want the bits, and not the case too.
Never owned a Milwaukee packout case, so I can't speak to the quality there. But I'd definitely recommend the bits.

Every power tool I own is Milwaukee, and have probably 30 packout cases.
Milwaukee bits are not great.
Project Farm on Youtube did a comparison of driver bits last year, and his winner was Milwaukee Shockwave (beat out Dewalt, Bosch, Irwin, Makita, among others). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-xOHQTT5tw

I wouldn't use an impact driver in concrete unless I had to. You're liable to break apart more of the concrete than you want, leaving your anchor nothing to hold to. Much better to use a hammer drill in concrete.
Regular powerdrill with a clutch is really nice for most household projects, as it prevents you from overtorqueing and damaging that ikea shelf you're assembling.

Does anyone noticed that Milwaukee doesn't sell a power drill in the fuel version? The "M18 Fuel Impact Driver" and "M18 Fuel Impact/Driver", but never a "M18 Fuel Driver"?

I've been eyeing this kit... and now that it's $50 I'm getting cold feet... the case alone is $30 normally and I burned through my dewalt bits (absolute garbage!) so $20 for 100 bits sounds like a good deal in conjunction with my newly found milwaukee and packout addiction
was hoping to see a deal on a combo of the packout bits, hole hawg, and hole dozer sets
