FYI, if you get payment error on the last screen:
We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your payment method at this time. Please try another payment method.
Open an incognito (private browsing) window and go through the entire checkout process again, but use a different credit card. It won't work if you simply try to switch cards.
-------------------------------
If your Chase card isn't accepted, call the number on the back of your card and the recordings will prompt you to do a few things and then the hold will be removed. I didn't even need to speak to anyone...easy as pie.
You can also add these Visa cards manually to your Walmart Wallet and use with Walmart Pay at the registers.
These cards cannot be added to Google Pay or Samsung Pay. Virtual Visa most likely cannot be used in person or used with NFC in stores. To work around this, buy the store's gift card on their website and use that in store.
Do fees apply after my Account is established?
Yes. If you do not use your Account for 12 consecutive months, we will charge a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $4.95 on the first day of each month that follows (starting with month 13) until you use the Account again. At that point, we will wait until 12 more consecutive months of inactivity occur before charging the fee again. If you don't use your Account for an extended period of time, these fees may lower or even exhaust the balance of your Account before the "valid thru" date has passed. You may avoid this fee by making regular purchases with your Account.
There is also a Replacement Account Fee of $5 to replace a lost or stolen Account, so please safeguard your Account information. This fee does not apply to replacement of an expired Account.
If I'm reading their terms correctly, it's a $5.95 fee for cards up to $250. So if you max this out with 3 virtual $250 cards it comes out to a ~7.6% discount. Should probably note the fees in the OP. They're not unexpected for a VISA debit card, but good to note.
My power company takes credit card for payments. billls are outrageous and can make advance payments.
I did a previous deal with visa cards and bought costco cards. Just a word of warning, if you try to use multiple visa cards at once (multiple transactions in the same day), costco may cancel some or all of the orders without saying anything. I believe it is part of their fraud detection systems
Triggered a fraud alert from Chase, payment wouldn't go through even after I approved; then I used my phone and it worked seamlessly. Already received cards
I got this deal with no problem last time. This time, the confirmation email shows the regular amount even though on the checkout page it shows the discount. I got screenshot, so hopefully the right amount is charged to my CC. Otherwise, I might have to do a CC dispute. So I recommend you guys to take screen shot just to verify everything.

Not a bad way to save on your utility bills for 10 min of work. You're going to have to pay them anyways!

Someone mentioned using incognito. That may work for you.

Yes you can.. add 3 * 250.. you can do 2000 in 3 orders.. 8bbougjt visa virtual cards this way
$250 x 10% = $25
$25 - $6 fee = $19
$19 ÷ $250 = 7.6%
If you buy with a 2% credit card like Citi Double Cash,
it is $225 x 2% = $4.50
$19 + $4.50 = $23.50
$23.50 ÷ $250 = 9.4%
If you don't like earning 9.4% on your money, then it is your loss.
It won't cover the entire amount, should I buy exact amount needed and pay for item with it?
Item I'm buying is $240 before tax, so would be around $264. Does ebay allow you to pay with 2 cards?
Any way around this?
Subtotal: $255.95
Promo Code: $-25.00
