First off, I am a Costco guy myself and wouldn't pay for a Sam's Club membership.
If I get a $45 gift card for a $45 membership - it's FREE. I don't understand the debate.
On top of it, Amex Offer has been pretty reliable for me. And if it says $25 statement credit is on the table, I don't have reason not to believe it.
Update 2: data points suggest this deal does stack. Many users reported getting both Sam's gift card and Amex credit. It does take a loooong time, 5 weeks for the sam's gift card and 30 days for amex credit for me personally.

And I see that people already said that it did not work with the Discover offer last year.
As other people have noted, weirdly Walmart deals are better than the Sam's club deals, so all of this seems a big hassle if you dont even have a Sam's club store around you.
I signed up but realized it was with an account that had a complimentary family membership that expired less than 6 months ago. The sams club account page says member since 2021, so I may be good but have a feeling one of these offers isn't going to go through correctly...
