I quickly paid my utility bill online with two of the GCs I got. It went smoothly. I used the last one to reload my Amazon GC balance. No issue as well. Now I am done with this deal and have saved $57.15. Thank you!

There was no Paypal option, only credit card.
BOA gives 3% on online but not sure this counts as one, else usual 1.1%

Can also try a different PC or mobile device. They're a bit weird with security issues sometimes, especially if it's a new account. But yeah it shouldn't be an issue outside of using PPK/prepaid cards as payment.
His user name checks out. They're not scammers, although they do have shitty customer service if you need to contact them. I've had to do it once in my years of using them but other than that, everything is good to go.
Obviously do what you're comfortable with but I've run thousands of dollars through them over the years.
