I hear ya! I don't know what they're doing on their end, but it is totally ridiculous!! I placed two orders on Sunday, one shipped to me and one to my parents .... did not earn any bonus cash on the 2nd one shipped to my parents. WTH?!?!?! I don't understand how some orders are automatically crediting BC and some aren't. Those were the only orders I placed! Mad

Did you buy Colgate Kids or Tom's? It might be an item we're buying triggering it. In the 2 orders that did not earn bc at all last week, I bought Gold bond foot lotion.

I know Listerine, Tresemme, and Caress are giving BC this week, well after they fixed listerine.

I did actually buy Kids Colgate and Tom's on my 2nd order, which did not credit anything .. didn't buy them on my first order. That would be really weird. Did you happen to test Vaseline or Shea, even though they are not tagged online? There are times that I tried untagged and got the BC, then there are times that I didn't get the BC on untagged .. and I don't enjoy that chat with CS Wink

No, haven't tried. Just mainly stuck with Suave/Tres, Listerine and Caress Big Grin Will try another in a bit and update.

Edit: Sorry, I give up. The only account I can use has a different cc stuck in it that I can't seem to remove. I want to use a different rebate cc and paypal just locked me out. *sigh*

Bought 2 x 2.99 Tresemme - amazed they still had clearance when I went in to pick up meds.
Earned 8BC, which is nice, but kind of expected 12BC. Not sure if it qualifies for monthly BC, but it LOOKED like the right size.
Got 5/25 CAT. Last time I shopped was 11/2.

Was going to write UPC but apparently I left it in the car. It's a 2 in 1, clean and replenish IIRC. Blue label.

Pharm line didn't move. The hours have shortened, sign said due to inadequate staff, so I'm going back Monday to pick up meds.
Checked for BF stuff - I'm not sure if the Conair brushes are the right ones. The ones in stock looked more expensive.
