I've been using nuun for .. 15 years maybe? It's electrolytes in an effervescent tablet, which I guess means it dissolves well in water. I use a half tablet per bottle of water when biking, or just when I'm drinking water at work.

I like it. Some people don't like the flavors. But for free it's work a try.

I've only tried the grape from an earlier SD. Don't expect it to taste like grape. It tastes like what I imagine radiator fluid tastes like. I gave it all away and they didn't like it either. I may try these other flavors though since they're free.

I have elevated hemoglobin and electrolyte water brings it down to healthy levels. A few weeks ago I almost bought Nunn but read differing opinions on the flavor.

The free sample gives me the opportunity to test it out.

Also, I got the error the first time with the form. I turned off my adblocker, entered the form, and again and it went through.

Like others have said, Nuun is great for hydration especially when exerting yourself. The difference between this and other sports drinks is it is very low on sugar. 4grams of sugar vs 30+ grams (nearly as much as soda).

My only complaints are that I don't really love the idea of having to wait until the tablet dissolves if you want to drink it right away. I'd prefer it just be in powder form that dissolves immediately. I know they have the powder form option but it's more expensive from what I remember. My other complaint would be the flavors aren't that great. I think the best one I tried is Cherry Limeade. Citrus and Strawberry Lemonade are decent too. Don't get me wrong, they're not terrible, just 'ok'.

No. It's like salt tabs. 🤣 Fr tho. It is not something anyone enjoys the taste of. I used only cuz I was cramping on leg day.

The picture in this thread has 4 tubes of nuun tablets, but that's like $24 retail. Something tells me they're going to send a couple 2-tablet packs in a plastic pack, not the ~12 tablet tubes pictured.
