The Bio Bidet doesn't get much use anymore as the wife and I strongly prefer the Toto, but it is more expensive. Guests who are new to bidets and use the Bio Bidet (now in the guest bath) generally enjoy it, as we did before moving on to the Toto.
I'd suggest anyone to get one, doesn't necessarily have to be these.

I'm not a fan of these toilet seat sprayer style ones. Makes me look like I'm hooked up to life support from my bottom end.
Edit:
Hm…can get a nice looking shutoff valve and fancy plumbing trickery to get a warm water mixer 😂 Or slap on a small diverter/shower valve.
Now just for the bowl sprayer toilet version…
In order to get hot water from your plumbing, you'd need a hot water circulator as instant hot water at the tap doesn't exist otherwise. Usually you use the bidet jets for only 5 or 10 seconds. Without a circulator or a heater at the point of use, you'll get all the cold water in your pipes shot at your butt even if you have "instant" hot water from a tankless. You'll likely be done before the new hot water gets to the toilet.
I have 2 of these exact ones and the water is heated from the first drop because it is heated at the point of use (inside the bidet itself). I turn on the seat warmer and the hot water once the average daily temps drop below 70 degrees.
It's not all roses though, I still use 12-18 inch long section of TP to dry my butt each time so I've only cut my TP usage by 1/2 at best. In a pinch I guess I could cut that down but we're not there yet!

- Night Light
- User 1 and User 2 presets (Nozzle position and Water Pressure)
- Duel sided remote
Also, the spray on this one is very "sharp" which might hurt, even on weak settings
Also, the remote that I got, the buttons weren't aligned so have to press a little to the side, being double sided is pretty annoying too
Overall, I'm too ashamed to return a used bidet to Costco so I'll just have to live with it
The side with the red stop button is all I use on a day to day basis. I have a preset and so does my wife. I press the butt wash once to start it, again to oscillate the spray (for full coverage), the dryer button stops the water and finally the stop button stops the dryer. All that is on 1 side of the remote.
What do you use on the other side regularly?
p.s. I've never tried A (Auto) - what does that do?

The "oscillate" feature is way worse than the other one I have which I think is a Swanson. It oscillates (moves) and then pulsates(strong/weak streams), AND it was cheaper too. But recently starting to trip the GFCI outlet, but it's about 2.5 years old
