If you're really on a budget, 32/3 should be your starting point. TF Newbies: Their phones have wifi. You don't have to use data, texts or minutes from your annual service plan with a good phone app, like Google Voice, and a local router.
It actually has USB C, the micro USB info in the QVC listing is an error.
