Saw Mario Party Superstars on my local Walmart shelf today for $49.94. Was unable to purchase it today due to it being before the release day and not yet in their system for sale but took a photo of it to confirm it will be $49.94 on the shelf in store on release day. This is $10 less than their
online price [walmart.com], as well as most any other retailer which shows the $60 MSRP to pre-order online.
So, if you don't mind walking into a Walmart store on release day and trying your luck they have stock, this is a decent deal to save $10 before tax at launch on Friday.
EDIT: Brick Seek link for checking local Walmart stock. Just type in your zip code and click check inventory. Please note BS is not always up to date to the minute, so calling ahead to check stock is always best.

They had it for $49.94 in the app this morning for in store pickup but it has since gone back up to the MSRP of $59.99. You need to go buy in store to get the lower price. I don't believe most major competitors like Best Buy will price match Walmart's in store price without an ad or something. But it can't hurt to ask.

Daily Steals is also offering it at $48.99 with free shipping but it will likely arrive after the release date. I'm only intending to point out another option to get the game on release day at a decent discount similar to that deal here. I realize this isn't a new revelation that Walmart typically does this for many new games. I'm just trying to help inform others with their purchase decision by confirming a few days early it will be on sale relative to most of the competition for launch day.
My 8-year-old is a Mario Party super fan and he finished his school work for both today and tomorrow in anticipation. Now I can surprise and reward him by picking this up early Friday morning.
Thanks again!
