I don't. But...the sign on the dishwasher will do me no good. Not regularly at least.

Today is my first day back in the office... we're required to drive in 2 days a week now... It's a stupid policy. We're already losing people that want full remote, we can't hire people because they want full remote, and the company hasn't come to the realization yet that they're competing for talent nationally now not just the local market (which for the local market we're compensated well, but nationally we're low). We have a 2022 project to evaluate the pay, but won't see the fruits of such things until 2023 if they choose to do anything so we're going to continue running lean and most likely lose more people over the absurdity.

That said, I have an interview next week for a full remote position that has an average salary on glassdoor a good 40k above what I currently make so hopefully that works out...
