Step2 has the absolute worst customer service and they don't honor their warranty. They won't even send you replacement parts without you paying for it along with shipping & handling.

Had one for my son, played with it once. Tried to sell it on Marketplace and couldn't even get 3$ for it. Ended up in the trash.

I had a warranty issue with a step 2 water table this summer and they were very helpful (a little slow on the shipping, but whatev)
