This is a cheaper option if one needs add-on cameras. Price for 1 add-on camera is $89 and historical low is $60. I'll probably get this as i need extra cameras, just not sure what to do w/ the extra sync2 module.

Yes it does. I just ordered it it comes with two cameras and the sync module and two mounts for the cameras and batteries.
