Usually Amazon will allow you to trade in first and get a discount with the understanding that you will send them the trade in afterwards. If you don't trade in your device in a certain time frame they will just charge you for the rest of the amount
Trying to trade in my Orbi, but after completing the trade in form and printing the shipping label, I still do not see any discount available. Based on what I am reading, we do not need to ship our existing device first (and be without wifi). What am I missing?

20% after I mail my old router? Should the 20% be immediately taken off?

Seems like now they need to receive the trade in before you can get the 20% off

Love this router. I've had it for just short of a year and they are flawless. I have full coverage in my 2k sqft home with full 300/300 speeds that I pay for with FIOS, and I only use 1 satellite in addition to the main router.

I do not think Costco sells eero
Costco does sell the non-pro 4-pack of Eero routers.

Eero sucks. My fiber ISP gave me a free one to use instead of my own router. It doesn't have two separate APs for 2.4ghz and 5ghz, and their "band steering" puts you on 2.4 far more often than it should, even if you tell your devices to prefer 5ghz. So my 500-meg internet was only getting me like 30-40-meg speeds. Switched to a cheap TP-Link and am now getting 300-400-meg from my 500-meg fiber.

Eero pro only does up to a gig. Does it have wan aggregation so you can do over a gig? I pay for gig speed and I'm getting 1300+ with my orbi. Had debated on switching to eero but the max speed thing makes me hesitant. Yes 1300mbps second is overkill for most but I have alot of devices and I work from home. Plus youbshoild always future proof yourself.

I have never had any issues with band steering with my 19 devices. Are you sure they gave you a pro? They might have given you the Eero dual band, which isn't nearly as good as the Pro. I've never seen a ISP give out the pros.

PSA: Amazon has changed their trade in policy. Trade in must be successfully completed first before the 20% will be applied to purchase.

I have the Orbi from Costco for over a year and have never had Wi-Fi issues at all. Never had to reset. Been amazing overall I paid about $430 for my set of 3. Regretted the price (because I'm a slick dealer) but now if this keeps up for another year, I'll be ecstatic. Would buy again
Which model? I just upgraded to the Costco wifi 6 Orbi model and it seems less consistent than my orbi wifi 5 model. Same three pack.
